As concerns over the COVID-19 (Corona Virus) continue, North Country Auto wants to assure all of our customers that we have adapted to these changes and can still help with your pre-owned vehicle purchases!
As we continue to remain Open For Business, we are planning and acting accordingly, to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation, including the latest directives and guidance from national, regional, and local authorities.
For those concerned about visiting the dealership in person, we are available to serve our customers without requiring their physical presence in the dealership:
- Communication Options - Our team is available to communicate with you by phone, email, text, or on Facebook and through Messenger.
- Custom Vehicle Photos & Online Research - We strive to provide as much information online as possible, including real photos and detailed equipment lists of each vehicle we have on our lot. We never use stock photos, so you know that each image you see online is the same as what you will see in person.
- Online Financing Options - We continue to provide a secure online credit application on our website, found under the Financing>Apply for Financing tab. You can apply for credit from the comfort or your home and we will do all of the legwork to secure your auto loan with the best financial option available.
- Remote Delivery - After completing the majority of your transaction via email, fax or phone, our Sales Reps can bring the paperwork and vehicle to you for a comfortable and convenient vehicle delivery experience.
Our Service Center hours currently remain the same. We are still available to serve our customers in the safest way possible.
